This year, our 2014 graduates Julie Shi, Dave Wang and Sophie Sheng achieved incredible successes. Besides their hard work at HWIS, they cannot have those achievements without building solid foundations. Therefore, our Vice President, Ms. Irene Chu, took our graduates to express our gratitude to their Middle Schools.  They are Julie’s middle school, the Second Experimental School of Fujian Province, Dave’s middle school Changchun No.1 Foreign Language Middle School and Sophie’s middle school, Changchun Foreign Languages School. We received a warm welcome in the schools and we shared our learning experiences and discussed the differences between the western education and the local education methods. They are all proud of our students’ achievements. 

*Julie Shi：Full Scholarship student since MYP5 in 2011, has been accepted by McGill University（World top 21st university ）, University of British Columbia（World top 49th university ） and other famous universities around the world.

*Dave Wang：Full Scholarship student since MYP5 in 2011,  has been accepted by Pennsylvania State University（Top 37th university in USA）, University of Connecticut （Top 57th university in USA）and other famous universities in USA.

*Sophie Sheng：Full Scholarship student since MYP4 in 2010, has been accepted by Boston University ( World top 79th university ）, George Washington University（Top 52nd  university in USA）, Pennsylvania State University（Top 37th university in USA） and other famous universities in USA.
